Let’s hear what our employees themselves are saying about working in Jarden BSG:
The dynamics of the company are challenging, yet great for anyone with ambitions. There is countless opportunities to shine in what one knows the best and enjoys doing. Any extra work won’t be left unnoticed. The benefits and the award system is enough motivating to strive for the best. The support and the team work from the colleagues and the management is amazing enough to soothe any stressful task one may be facing that day, and that’s very important. Thank you Jarden BSG for making me part of this! 🙂
What I like – I like the conditions of work, the atmosphere of the company and its culture.
Why – Because the company offer good benefit and respect your balance private life/professional life.
I have joined BSG, because I felt the company was interested in me and my development, they have acted quickly and solidly and I have received positive feedback from my friend. The thing I like the most about working in BSG is, that I am surrounded by group of young people from all over the world, who are always willing to help me and support me. I also feel appreciated and being taken care of, which is very important to me.
What I am doing in BSG?
Except for invoice processing and paying our vendors, I usually solve various questions from our customers, so I am also the problem solver. Problem solving is made much easier if you think of problems as challenges and for me it is like a game I happen to enjoy, and even embrace and appreciate all possible changes along the way.
Why working for BSG?
Well, I love the USA and I wanted to work for US company. Back in 2015 I heard about Jarden (now Newell Brands) – the huge consumer products company… Bang! the deal was done!
What I like?
I do like the coffee machines plus ladies from the reception… yes and also the job, the idea of working for Coleman Headquarters and possibility to learn more German. Also I have affection for grills – and to have a chance to put one under use with our own chefs from South Africa is great!
